We continue our Week 2 corporate fast with a focus on Corporate Renewal for New Life Family Church. Your love offering this week is for missions in Albania. We ask that you give what the Holy Spirit guides you to give to Missions in Albania. Pray for NLFC so that we can continue our Corporate Renewal and help many other missions.

Day 9, March 28, 2022 - "Walk in the Truth"
Passages
I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth. (3 John 1:4)
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.( John 14:6)
Prayer Points:
What does it mean to walk in the truth? Walking in the truth is a great picture of the Christian life. A walk allows for conversation, contemplation and unhurried focus on the one you are with.
The Christian life is a walk in the truth with God. When we spend time with God in prayer, studying his word, or in obedience we build our relationship with him.
The source of truth is God Himself, so we need to start with Him. God wants us to be transformed so that we think and live and love like He does. This means that on a daily basis, we’ll need the Holy Spirit to fill us with His presence so that we step out into the world with supernatural power and perspective.
Walking in the truth creates community. The truth abides in all true followers of Christ and the truth will abide and unite all followers forever. We are united not because we meet in the same geographical place every week, but because we have committed to walk in the truth and love together. God’s invitation to walk is never to walk alone, but to walk with community of the believers.
The greatest thing that unites the church is the gospel of Christ.
As ambassadors of Christ, how should we conduct ourselves? What is our role?
The truth is that our actions speak volumes more to people around us than what we say. We can think that we are representing Christ if we are often speaking of Him to others. But it is our life – our decisions, what we do, and what we don’t do in the daily lines and situations – that truly speaks to others the most.
Let’s consider what are the characteristics of the ideal ambassador-Jesus
