Dear Church family,

These past few weeks have affirmed that it is more important than ever for the Church to take its place as a beacon of hope and a leader in the community. While NLFC continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation carefully, we believe its time to take a step in faith to gradually open the doors of our church. Starting Sunday, May 17, 2020 and thereafter, we will resume in-person services.

We want you to know that both your walk with God and your safety continue to be our top 2 priorities. Therefore, our services have been redesigned to adhere to social distancing guidelines as recommended by the state of Texas and the CDC. Some of the measures we are taking for our in-person services include: 1. We will have a capacity of 180 individuals in the sanctuary. 2. Seating will be spread out to allow for 6-feet space in between individuals and families. 3. Attendees will be encouraged to wear a face mask or covering while on church premises. 4. We will request that attendees (volunteers and attendees) not engage in physical contact (handshaking, hugs, etc.). The church will have hand sanitizer stations available. 5. There will be no in-person children’s classes, until further notice. Additionally, we will continue to provide online services vía Facebook, YouTube and our church app. If you are ill, do not have child care, or wish to wait before joining us in-person, we encourage you to participate through our online services.
